Excellent Service
I had been planning this trip to Lake Como for several months. Jenny was so prompt & so very helpful with everything. We had several people arriving at different times & every pick up from the airport was flawless. We also had Lorenzo arrange for the Bernina Express (amazing, don’t miss this) & he picked us up afterwards in St. Moritz . Then we had a scenic drive back to Bellagio. Jenny managed to arrange a boat tour of the area, added last minute. Again, excellent service. As far as I am concerned, these two are the dynamic duo !!!

Excellent Service
I booked private car transfers and a tour of Como on line. It was easy and hassle free. Jenny responded to my initial email as well as subsequent ones promptly. She answered all my questions and provided suggestions for our Como tour to include restaurants for lunch. Everything went perfectly well. Drivers showed up on time. They were professional, well groomed and pleasant. Vehicles were clean and well maintained. Tour itinerary was perfect.
Service was absolutely great! Our flight had to be changed less than 24 hours before arrival. I sent Jenny an email to advise of the new arrival information, after local office hours on a weekend. I promptly received an email confirming my new arrival time. They respond within 24 hours, seven days a week. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.”
